Quit Vaping with Hypnosis: Effective Solutions

Hypnosis to quit vaping

Special Offer: I offer three sessions for £250. Three sessions are empirically verified as being the most effective way to stop vaping and to stay stopped.

We explore what function using the vape offers so that we can treat the root reason rather than just “put you off” – which may work well in the short term but will probably not be long lasting. Quit vaping with hypnosis is a proven effective treatment.

Why is vaping dangerous?

Vaping, though less harmful than smoking, has concerning trends emerging among users:

– Recent American reports link vaping to lung disease.

  • – The US Government Centre for Disease Control reports nearly 200 severe lung disease cases in 22 states, mostly among teens and young adults.
  • – Experts suspect a contaminant, not an infectious agent, caused the lung problems, possibly chemical irritation or allergic reactions to inhaled vapours.
  • – Symptoms start gradually with shortness of breath and chest pain, leading to more severe breathing difficulty and hospital admission.
  • – The lung disease isn’t linked to a specific e-cigarette brand or flavour.

– The FDA, CDC, and state health officials are investigating the cause and prevention of EVALI.

E-cigarettes contain dangerous chemicals.

While tobacco smoking is linked to cancer, vaping health risks are still being understood due to unregulation. Here’s what we know about vape pen chemicals:

  • – An FDA analysis of e-cigarettes from two leading brands found carcinogens and hazardous chemicals, including diethylene glycol, found in antifreeze. These chemicals pose risks to both adolescents and adults.

E-cigarettes pose significant health risks, especially for teens. They heat a pod of liquid, turning it into nicotine-containing vapour. The chemicals in the vaporised liquid and their effects on users are still being understood due to the unregulated nature of e-cigarettes.

There could be anything in a vape and we would only find out possibly too late the long term effects of the chemical.

Here are four known health risks:

1. E-cigarettes can contain dangerous chemicals.

  •   – An FDA analysis of e-cigarettes from two leading brands found carcinogens and hazardous chemicals like diethylene glycol, found in antifreeze. These chemicals are harmful to both adolescents and adults.
  •   – Greek researchers found that e-cigarette use causes breathing difficulties in both smokers and non-smokers of all ages.
  •   – A French research group found that e-cigarettes contain “potentially carcinogenic elements.”
  • The British Medical Association, the World Health Organisation, and the United States Surgeon General have all issued warnings about the dangers associated with e-cigarette use.

Vaping poses significant risks, especially to developing brains. It provides a smoke-free way to inhale nicotine, more addictive than heroin, cocaine, or alcohol. Some e-cigarettes contain dangerously high levels of nicotine, which can lead to addiction, reduced impulse control, mood disorders, and damage to the prefrontal cortex responsible for attention, decision-making, judgment, and planning.

Nicotine is equally harmful to adults and negatively impacts heart health. It can increase blood pressure and heart rate, narrow arteries, and contribute to heart attacks. Many vape pens also contain THC, the main psychoactive ingredient in marijuana. The CDC suspects exposure to THC, along with THC and vitamin E, an additive in many vape cartridges, is causing serious lung injury.

As of September 2019, 530 cases of lung injury and seven deaths due to vaping have been reported in the U.S. Symptoms include rapid onset of coughing, breathing difficulties, weight loss, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Physicians attribute these symptoms to a buildup of oil and/or white blood cells in the lungs. THC and CBD, another active ingredient in cannabis, are heated to oil in vape pens before being converted to vapour to smoke.

If you experience any of these symptoms and use a vape pen, go to A and E with the pen and cartridge immediately.

Additional tips:

– Avoid vaping altogether and Hypnosis is a proven way of quitting by dealing with the why of vaping and offering alternate solutions – enabling a decrease in anxiety and stress for instance.

– If you must vape, choose a reputable brand and ensure it contains a low level of nicotine.

– Consider using a vape pen that doesn’t contain THC.

– Quit vaping as soon as possible with my help – at £250 you will soon recoup the outlay.

Cut down on coffee and alcohol to control nicotine urges. Nicotine leaves your body in four days. Drink water to flush out toxins. Chew calcium-rich Rennies as nicotine leaves, as it also depletes calcium.

Eat three oranges or pink grapefruits daily to reduce cravings.

Smoking is a nervous habit, so take Vitamin B Complex for stress. and prctice your self hypnosis to learn to deal with stress and anxiety.

After ten days. On the fourth day, you’ll feel great as nicotine is gone. On the tenth day, all blood cells will be oxygenated, and residual smoke, nicotine, and poisons will be cleansed.

Try Magnesium Glycinate from Amazon (£7 or less) to help reduce anxiety, depression, and improve sleep. Vitamin D3 also helps.
